We are asking for money to keep Subscan Explorer services working for Phala and Khala from Q3 2024 to Q1 2025. Khala network stopped working, but we still keep old data for people to see. We found a cheaper way to save money and still keep the data available. We won't charge an extra 5% service fee because PHA has good money value.

Subscan helps Phala and Khala by:
- Using computers to collect and understand chain data
- Storing chain data in a database
- Keeping the network working well
- Watching and fixing any problems
- Telling the team if there are any issues
- Giving technical help when needed

We will ask for money for 3 months in advance to make sure everything keeps working well. The cost depends on how much data we use. Here are the prices:

Phala Network is seeking funding to extend and enhance the Phala Network Ambassador Program for the second half of 2024. The allocated funds will be used to support and expand the ambassador community, which is integral to increasing brand awareness, fostering community engagement, and driving the adoption of Phala Network's products and ecosystem. 

The current 21 Phala Ambassadors cover languages including Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, and more. To increase the number of Phala ambassadors is to cover more time zones and languages, ensuring Phala’s global representation and outreach. 

The objectives are to expand the Ambassador Program, strengthen community engagement, and promote brand awareness. To achieve these objectives, a total budget of 1.43m $PHA is requested for community building initiatives and ambassador incentives and rewards. 

The implementation plan includes recruitment, training and onboarding, and monitoring and evaluation. The community KPIs for H2 2024 are to onboard 30 new Ambassadors and have 40 ambassador-led events globally. 

By funding this proposal, the Phala Network community will directly benefit from a strengthened ambassador program, leading to greater brand visibility, enhanced community engagement, and increased adoption of Phala Network’s innovative AI solutions.
