SubSquare made a mistake on a project called Khala and forgot to set a safe XCM version. They made the same mistake again on another project.
They submitted a new proposal with some changes to fix the mistake.
The changes include adding a specific code before sending the proposal to Polkadot, accepting a request from Acala, and sending HRMP requests to Acala, Moonbeam, and Parallel parachain.
They also provided a raw transact call code for the proposal.
