This motion will trigger the runtime upgrade for Phala Network Runtime v1244. This is a Phala Network runtime release with the following main upgrade:
- Enable PhalaRegistry::register_worker_v2 in StakePoolManager Proxy
- Fix Gatekeeper launch sequence (compare with block number)
- Node client stability improvements
The runtime v1244 is a part of the Phala Compute & Phat Contract launch.
