#87·Upgrade Phala team's some Gatekeepers - motion #87

This motion will remove 3 old Gatekeepers and register 3 new Gatekeepers as the replacement. The new Gatekeepers are hosted by the Phala team as the old ones. This operation is necessary to maintain them.
