From Q1 to Q3 of 2025, the Phala team has invested significantly in hardware infrastructure to sustain and expand the network’s capability. This includes data center hosting, cloud services, and exploratory GPU deployments for confidential AI compute.
We hereby request reimbursement of 5,664,995 PHA from the Treasury to cover these costs.
Phala Network has consistently provided the community with fundamental infrastructure: Gatekeeper nodes, Collator nodes, RPC services, and databases.
