This proposal is to cover the costs for Q1 & Q2 2025.

The PHA/USD price has been calculated as the average price over the last 30-days.

Update: The Phala Council asked us to resubmit [our previous proposal](https://phala.subsquare.io/treasury/proposals/5).

Dwellir is a community service provider that offers a public Phala RPC endpoint. They have proposed a plan to cover costs for Q1 and Q2 of 2025. The proposal includes usage statistics from Q4 2024 and the PHA/USD price is calculated based on the average price over the last 30 days. The Phala Council has requested Dwellir to resubmit their previous proposal.
